The theme nights return to Imaret's Winter Bar. The "drink of joy" - the word "rum" after all comes from rumbullion, which means "fun" - has its honor on Thursdays in February. The Sommelier George Pagonis selects a trilogy of exceptional and rare rums from Latin America, and the Executive Chef Stelios Hatziavramidis "ties" them with unique food pairing proposals.
